I've never had any skin treatments before, but Anna was amazing!! She is so knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. Anna knows skin! I have never been one to care for my skin and, as a 70’s Queensland baby, mine has certainly seen better days. When a friend made a passing comment that I had the “driest skin of anyone they had ever seen”, I knew it was time to do something about it. Idun Aesthetics was recommended to me and from my very first treatment, I noticed a marked improvement. After a couple of sessions, others were soon commenting on how fresh I looked - and even the over-sharing friend admitted that my skin was “glowing” since I started seeing Anna. While I can’t thank Anna enough for the impressive results her treatments have had, it is her passion and professionalism that has most impressed me. Her knowledge of skin health and care is second to none, while her warm and engaging personality ensures that I continually look forward to our consultations. Anna is an absolute treasure! So lucky to have found Idun aesthetics, a judgement free safe space where Anna takes the time and care with your skin. She analysed my skin and recommended what was best for my current skin condition, and wow the product recommendation was on point! As someone with very dry skin it’s so refreshing to finally have a cream that makes me feel fresh and hydrated. Amazing experience; Anna is just incredible, she is so knowledgeable and helpful in every way - you just know she takes so much pride in her work and her service is personal. In the short time that I have had the privilege of meeting Anna, she has already given me such useful tips for my skin and has taken the time to research what products are suitable for my skin type. I have already seen improvements in just a few days. I would recommend Anna’s services to anyone knowing she would provide an unmatched service. Anna was very professional & explained everything in detail. She made me feel very comfortable. I walked away feeling great and saw a visible shine and brightness to my skin. I’m looking forward to getting laser next. I highly recommend Idun Aesthetics. I came back for the laser treatment followed by a skin needling session. Anna is amazing! Once again explaining everything in detail & answering all my questions as this was my first session for both. Making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedures. I am especially impressed by how quickly & comfortably I healed, no breakouts or prolonged redness. I believe it was the high quality ( Circadia) aftercare products & consistent routine Anna provided. It has been a few days now & my skin is brighter, tighter & my age spots are fading. I’ve been a client at Idun Aesthetics for the past 3 months and I have had nothing short of an exceptional experience. I had the best experience for face needling with Anna! After plenty of questions as I was searching for someone in Cairns who uses the same needling pen as I had used on me over the years in Sydney with incredible results, Anna was more than accommodating with her knowledge and experience. When I saw Anna for my skin needling appointment, she took time and care and made the experience a cut above the others.
