Dispense a generous amount of gel onto clean hands, rub between hands and briskly massage onto entire thigh and buttock area. Wash hands thoroughly after applying. Do not apply to face. Avoid contact with eyes.
Note: You will experience a warm sensation, and the area will turn red. This will disappear within 30-60 minutes.
