Use at night on clean, dry skin. Apply a pea-sized amount to the face, avoiding the eye area. Gently massage in upward circular motions until fully absorbed. Wait a few moments before layering additional products.

Start slow:

Begin with 1–2 uses per week, gradually increasing frequency as your skin builds tolerance. Ideal for all skin types, but particularly suited to skin already familiar with retinol.

Important:

• Always use a broad-spectrum SPF during the day when using retinol.
• Avoid combining with other active ingredients (e.g., AHAs, BHAs) in the same routine.
• Consider skin cycling: alternate retinol nights with barrier-supporting moisturisers for balance.
