Shipping Within Australia
- Free Express Shipping on orders over $200
- Standard Shipping: $14.95 (3–7 business days)
- Express Shipping: $19.95 (1–3 business days)
Orders are processed within 1 business day. During public holidays or peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
International Shipping
- Standard Shipping: $29.95
- Express Shipping: $39.95
- Free Shipping on orders over $350
Delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to the Australia Post website for the most accurate timeframes.
Please note: Idun Aesthetics is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on local regulations.
Important Notes
- Once orders are dispatched, we are not liable for delays or lost parcels.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, customs, carrier delays).
- Tracking information will be provided with all shipments.
Retuns Policy
Effective Date: 1 April 2025
We want you to love your purchase. However, as a small business and due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email hello@idunaesthetics.au with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos
We’ll review your claim promptly and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund (at our discretion).
ADVERSE REACTIONS
As everyone’s skin is unique, individual reactions may occur. We are not responsible for adverse or allergic reactions to products. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and consult with a medical professional if they have known sensitivities or concerns before purchase.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for adverse reactions unless the product is proven to be faulty, unsafe, or not as described. Reactions such as redness, swelling, or irritation do not automatically indicate a fault in the product.
If you experience a reaction, please discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. You’re welcome to contact us with a description and supporting photos, and we will assist where possible.
Returns processed via Afterpay are subject to our store’s policy and Australian Consumer Law.
