Booking Policy

At Idun Aesthetics, we value your time and aim to provide a smooth, respectful experience for all clients. To help us manage our schedule and maintain the highest standard of care, please take a moment to read our booking terms below.
Appointments
All treatments are by appointment only. Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting us directly. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred with appropriate notice (see Cancellation Policy below).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be credited to your rescheduled appointment.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: Your deposit will be forfeited.
In cases of repeated cancellations or no-shows, future bookings may require full prepayment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your treatment in the remaining time. However, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting the next client.
Medical Information
Please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, recent procedures, allergies, or medications (e.g. oral or topical) prior to your treatment. Certain conditions may require us to postpone or adapt your service for safety reasons.
Age Policy
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have written consent for certain treatments.
Pricing & Promotions
All pricing is listed in AUD and is subject to change without notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
